Subcontractor Bid Process The Koloa Landing jobsite is located at Poipu, on the south shores of Kauai. Subcontractors are needed for portions of the contract. Please contact John Giles, the project Estimator, with questions.

Our Commitment to our Neighbors Throughout the normal course of any commercial construction project there are certain activities which affect the neighborhood. There will be an increase in traffic--especially as we first bring equipment onsite for the duration of the project. There will be an increase in noise and dust in the air.

While we are only here temporarily, we commit to being the best neighbors possible. We have plans in place to communicate key scheduling activities with our neighbors. This communication is a dynamic process, open to input from every perspective. We hope to hear from you if you have concerns. Together, we can find ways to keep our project on schedule while we discover ways to minimize our traffic and noise impact on the community.

Our finished project leaves an incredible tax-base enhancer for the local and state economies.
